Nestled in a lush forest 30 minutes east of Seattle, TreeHouse Point is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. All indoor spaces are heated, and we provide bedding, towels, and even shampoo and conditioner, so come prepared as you would for a typical hotel stay. Approximately an hour southeast of Atlanta in Jackson, this waterfront treehouse makes the most of its rustic ambience, from the cedar bed frame to the wooden Adirondack chairs to the natural wood. Treetop Hideaways is a boutique treehouse hotel, providing a nostalgic experience resting comfortably in the treetops. Our old growth forest on the side of Lookout Mountain just below Rock City provides visitors with the beauty of nature and a quick drive to any of the nearby attractions.

TreeHouse Point is home to six iconic, rentable treehouses; a central Lodge; a multi-purpose event space; and two cedar-lined bathhouses. All indoor spaces are heated, and we provide bedding, towels, and even shampoo and conditioner, so come prepared as you would for a typical hotel stay.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, books, board games, snacks, and dishware are available inside the Lodge for guests to enjoy. Each morning, our talented cooks prepare a delicious, wholesome breakfast in the Lodge.

Please note that a 2-night stay is in effect year-round, as Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday, Friday/Saturday combinations. Single nights will occasionally become available, typically on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Our weekdays open for online booking on two dates:

Simpsons Treehouse Casino

  • On May 1st, at 2 pm Pacific Time, we open weekdays for November of the same year - April of the next year.
  • On Nov 1st, at 2 pm Pacific Time, we open weekdays for May - October of the next year.

Our weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) are reserved for events (use of the entire property) until 60 days prior.

  • Each Monday afternoon at 2 pm Pacific Time, we open the next 60-day-out weekend to reservations, around any events that have booked prior.
  • For example, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, December 18th - 20th, will potentially open to online availability on Monday, October 19th at 2 pm Pacific Time.
  • Sundays are reserved for private events. Sunday night stays are available year round and will open around the private events schedule.

Please note that, in order to foster a romantic and restful ambience, we do not permit guests under 13 years old or pets for overnight stays. Children of all ages are allowed on tours and at private events.
